BarreFloor is a non stop toning class done to the beat of the music. Traditional barre classes make use of the ballet barre for the majority of the session.
No equipment is needed for BarreFloor because it is essentially a combination of ballet inspired conditioning exercises on the mat. Therefore, it is a slightly easier class than the full BarreConcept workout.
A warm up and mobiliser section starts the class on the floor and then core strength and toning exercises are performed in a variety of different positions.
Pilates principles are combined with fitness and ballet moves on the floor. The choreographed routine increases stamina, making for a fun and challenging workout.
