Following an initial consultation and assessment which will highlight any areas of concern or weakness, an individual exercise programme will be drawn up. The regime consists of gradual, progressive exercises to increase strength, stamina and flexibility. The weekly lessons last an hour and are aimed to get you fitter by upgrading the programme on a regular basis.

If you want to combine the exercise programme with either weight loss or weight gain then you would benefit from nutritional advice. Emma will analyse your current diet from your food diary and establish whether you are lacking in any particular area of nutrition.
She will tell you exactly how much weight you need to gain or lose from your body fat analysis and give you a realistic time frame in which to lose it.
Advice is given on special dietary requirements during pregnancy or for special needs such as patients recovering from heart disease.
