Aerobarrelates is a non stop toning class done to the beat of the music. A warm up and mobiliser section starts the class and then core strength and flexibility exercises are performed in a variety of different positions using the hammock. Pilates principles are combined with fitness and ballet moves in the swing.
The choreographed routine increases stamina, strength and flexibility for a fun and challenging workout.
