
Hatha Yoga Mat Class
Hatha yoga is an umberella term for a traditional yoga asana class. Benefit from working under advanced and experienced yoga teachers. Poses are held up to a few minutes and props, such as blocks, bricks and straps are used to assist getting into poses.

Meditation
Our weekly meditation classes will allow you to step away from the external world of stresses and strains. Take time out from your busy schedule and unwind inner tension. Having some ME time allows us to focus better and we are happier and more productive as a result

Bootcamp Yoga
Bootcamp Yoga for strength, power and staying fit. This functional fitness class combines all the benefits of yoga whilst building strength and stamina through an hour of non-stop movement, balance and core work. Your session will combine a vinyasa flow style of yoga with high intensity cardio intervals and abdominal exercises, which can burn up to double the calories than doing yoga alone.

Ashtanga Yoga
Ashtanga yoga is a strong form of yoga that follows a set sequence of postures put together with a vinyasa flow. This class has been adapted to make it more accessible to a wider audience, whilst maintaining the ethos of the primary series.

Kundalini Yoga
Kundalini Yoga is called the Yoga of Awareness as it combines body movement with mantras and meditations designed to give you a more spiritual experience. The class is set to Kundalini yoga music and is performed with eyes closed.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga
This flowing yoga links various poses together in an effortless way. It is one of the most popular contemporary styles of yoga suitable for experienced practitioners, combining stamina, strength and flexibility.

Yin Yoga
Yin is a form of yoga that stretches the connective tissue in the key areas of the pelvis hips and spine, gently opening your body to improve your flexibility. It allows you to just be in the pose, finding stillness and deep relaxation. Poses are generally held for 3-4 minutes.

Yogalates
Yogalates is a mixture of Pilates and yoga. This method increases core strength and improves posture, whilst increasing flexibility and reducing stiffness. So, you get the best of both worlds. What’s not to love?

Restorative Yoga Stretch and Relax Class
Our beginners yoga stretch and mobility class will help you get your body moving again and get into shape. This is suitable for low fitness levels and those with injuries. Gentle stretches are performed and combined with breathing and mobilising exercises to lubricate and open out the joints.

Sunrise Yoga
Start your day the yoga way. We will gently wake you up with a delicious morning mobiliser, followed be a more challenging routine, to invigorate body, mind and soul. You will finish the session feeling energised, focused and ready for the days challenges.

Aerial Yoga
Traditional yoga postures are performed in mid-air, using a low hanging hammock, which supports the body weight. This makes it easier to go deeper into yoga positions and hold them for a longer period of time. You will also lengthen and decompress the spine from hanging upside down.

Power Yoga
Power yoga is a strong form of yoga that is similar to Ashtanga. Unlike Ashtanga, it does not follow a set sequence of postures. Each session, different postures are used and put together with a vinyasa flow style, so this class is suitable for experienced practitioners.

Kids Yoga
Childrens yoga increases their flexibility, reduces stress, improves posture and strength and allows them to better cope with the pressure of modern life. This is a fun filled class, which allows children to move their body, release tension, meet other kids and find their creative streak.

Forrest Yoga
Forrest Yoga, developed by Ana Forrest, is a slow-paced vinyasa practice featuring pranayama, core work, and long pose holds. This class will increase your strength and stamina, release tension and stress, improve your breathing, reconnect to your body, allowing you to build a personal healing practice.

YogaTone
This functional fitness class takes yoga to the next level. Alongside traditional yoga poses, we are adding in props such as handweights, bands and foam rollers, to challenge your core and improve strength. The result is a toned, lean body.
