Start your day the yoga way! What better way to wake up, than to dust off the cobwebs and join us for a delicious stretch session?
After a gentle mobiliser to warm you up, we will pick up the pace and take you through some traditional standing and seated yoga poses, including balance postures, forward bends, back bends, spinal twists and inversions.
Your session will finish with a final Savasana relaxation, so you are chilled out, focused and ready to take on the day.
