STUDIO CLASSES – IN-PERSON, FACE TO FACE SESSIONS
Single Session Face to Face Class Credit
We recommend this option for first time users. Although it is a slightly more expensive option, you don’t have to commit yourself to purchasing a whole course of lessons. The advantage is that this option allows you to try out your chosen class to see if you like it or not. The disadvantage is that it is more expensive and you only get 14 days to use your lesson from the date of purchase. This means that you have to wait until the last minute to book your chosen class, which may mean that it is already fully booked if it is a popular class.
Six Session Face to Face Class Credits
We recommend this option for regular clients who have already tried out our different classes. You get 2 months to use up your 6 credits. You can use your 6 credits for any class on any day or time, with any instructor and for all of the different movement methods. The advantage of this option is that it is cheaper than a single session but you are able to book up for your chosen class up to 8 weeks in advance. This means that you are likely to be guaranteed your place on your chosen class if a particular class is very popular.
Ten Session Face to Face Class Credits
We recommend this option for regular clients who have already tried out our different classes. This option is designed for students who wish to attend classes at least twice a week. Effectively, you get your second class at half price. However, you only get 2 months to use up your 10 credits. This means that the system forces you to come to at least two sessions a week. You can use your 10 credits for any class on any day or time, with any instructor and for all of the different movement methods. The system allows you to book up for your chosen classes up to 8 weeks in advance. This means that you are likely to be guaranteed your place on your chosen class if a particular class is very popular.
ONLINE VIRTUAL CLASSES – DELIVERED VIA ZOOM
Single Online Class Credit
This option is suitable for those individuals who cannot attend a session at the studio. These virtual sessions take place live at the day and time stated on the class schedule, so you must have good internet connection. The instructor will be able to see you as you work out with them in real time. Available to purchase as single, pay-as-you-go session

If you are unable to attend class on the scheduled days and times, then this is the option for you. For a monthly subscription fee, you have unlimited access to our range of pre-recorded class videos, including Pilates, yoga, barre and meditation sessions. So, there’s no excuse not to work out!

This option is suitable for those individuals who can attend in-person at the studio. These studio workshops take place at the day and time stated on the schedule.
