Wind down after your busy week! Our Friday night Relaxation Evenings are a great way to begin your weekend.
Begin with some wonderful myofascial release to massage out any unwanted inner tension.
Then, we will guide you through some delicious gentle stretches. Following that, you will do some soothing breathwork, to calm the nervous system and we will finish off with a fabulously relaxing meditation and visualisation.
You will float out of the studio on Cloud Nine!
