In this fun workshop we will explore fundamental techniques of yoga inversions and you will gain the confidence to take them into your wider practice.
We will begin with preparatory stretches and exercises and go on to visit the Forearm -stand, Shoulder stand, Headstand, Handstand and more! We will use the wall or a partner to gently work into these poses and you will be given the tools to go on and develop more sustained and stable inversions.
