The Fulfilment Recipe - 8 Week Transformational Course
This transformational course mixes a sprinkle of spirituality, with a dash of mindfulness and a hint of meditation, along with a few other ingredients to produce a fabulous holistic recipe for living a happy and fulfilled life.

It’s time to wake up, step off the treadmill and take responsibility and become the architect of your future.
Yoga Workshop
These two hour taster sessions are designed to show you some of the key basic yoga postures and breathing techniques in order to prepare you to join a group class. You will learn some standing and seated poses, including forward bends, back bends, spinal twists and balance postures.
Pilates Workshop
These two hour Pilates taster sessions are designed to teach you the comprehensive technique in order to prepare you to join a group class. You will learn about core stability and how to engage the key muscles of the Powerhouse. In addition, you will learn about posture and the Pilates thoracic, lateral breathing.
Barre Workshop
These inductions sessions are held every quarter and are designed as a taster session for beginners to learn some of the basic moves and technique required for optimal performance in a barre class. The 90 minute session consitst of a 30 minute demonstration of the various movments, followed by a 60 minute beginners workout.
Pranayama Workshop
Prana relates to the flow of life force throughout our energy channels. The most effective way to influence the movement of prana is through the breath. The practice of Pranayama roughly means various breathing techniques, which can help extend our life. This workshop will guide you from conscious breathing exercises up to pre-pranayama breathwork.
1. Introduction to Meditation and Mindfulness
Mindfulness teaches us to be present and live in the Now, in order to get our minds under control. We experience less worry and anxiety as a result. Meditation helps us to reduce stress and tension, using a variety of different practical techniques.
2. Control Your Thoughts – Control Your Life
Nothing happens without thought. It is estimated that we have sixty thousand thoughts a day, most of which we have had the day before. We have the ability to control our thoughts by harnessing the power of our mind. Thinking stems from habit and we are largely unaware of our subconscious patterns. Thinking is also a choice – learn how to make the right choices.
3. The Ego versus the Soul
If you want to understand your life purpose and live a healthy, fulfilled life, it is essential to bring your ego under control. The Ego is that part of you which perceives yourself as separated from the rest of the world. Understand the nature of the ego and how to reduce its detrimental influence
4. Remove Limiting Beliefs and Increase Self-Love
Beliefs are very powerful and drive our behaviour. If you have beliefs that do not serve you, then that limits the amount of action you will take in your life. Identify, challenge and change your beliefs to create the life you desire. Understand that beliefs are not real and you CAN change them. You have the power of choice.
5. The Law of Attraction
Few people are aware of how much impact the Law of Attraction has on their daily life. What we put out there, we get back – positive and negative. Humans are like magnets, sending out vibrations into the Universe, so like attracts like. Unlock the potential deep within and be the architect of your future.
6. Forgiveness and Letting Go of Negative Emotions
Release yourself from the past, let go of baggage and get rid of negative emotions. This is one of the most important lessons in life in order to move forward. Just as we are forgiven, we must also learn to forgive others. We then become liberated. So, step out of the prison of your own mind and into the sunlight.
7. The Conscious and Subconscious Mind
All your habits of thinking and acting are stored in the subconscious mind. Our habits are hard wired within us by the age of six. It has memorised your comfort zones and it works to keep you in them. Learn techniques to reprogramme your mind and avoid patterns of behaviour that do not serve you.
8. Understanding and Balancing the Chakras
There are 7 main chakras, which align the spine, starting from the base of the spine through to the crown of the head. Gain an understanding of each chakra and its good qualities and shadow side and spot which ones may need some work. We will do a chakra balancing meditation to keep the energy flowing.
