We don’t have changing rooms or lockers, but you can leave your belongings in reception, or take them into the studio with you. In the reformer room, there’s space to store your things while you practice.
Yes! There’s free parking right outside the studio on a first-come, first-served basis. If those spaces are full, you’ll also find free on-street parking nearby.
Absolutely! All of our instructors are trained to accommodate all abilities and modify poses as needed. If you ever need extra support during class, don’t hesitate to ask your instructor – they’re there to help!
We recommend arriving 10 minutes before class to make yourself ready, drop your belongings in reception and get yourself settled before starting class.
Wear something comfortable that allows you to move freely – leggings and a t-shirt work perfectly! No need to buy a whole new outfit, just come as you are and focus on enjoying your practice. If you’re heading to a reformer class, make sure your hair is tied up and you have grip socks.
We provide yoga mats, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer. A water bottle is always a good idea to stay hydrated. If you’re attending a reformer class, grip socks are required. Don’t have a pair? No worries – we have them available to buy in the studio!
Of course! Many of our classes are beginner-friendly, and our teachers can adapt movements to suit all levels. Although people in your class may have practiced before, there’s always room for beginners and you’ll be made to feel welcome.
