Our virtual online sessions can fit around your lifestyle, wherever you are.  We use Zoom platform for delivering our online sessions.

You will be sent an automated email directly from the booking system before class begins, which contains a class link code, to join your chosen session.

Please ensure that the software on your device is up to date and that you are using the latest version of your internet browser, to avoid viewing difficulties.

When taking an online class for the first time, we advise that you login at least 15 minutes before class commencement, to ensure that you can connect to the system without any issues and that the settings on your device and the software app itself are all correct.
